Barbara Gallagher
Barbara, a life long cat fanatic qualified from University College Dublin in 2005. After spending three years working in a busy small animal practice in the UK she returned to University College Dublin to under take a residency in small animal internal medicine. In 2012 she was successfully awarded her European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine Diploma. Areas of particular interest include feline endocrine and infectious disease and in particular why cats cannot just be consdered small dogs. She also has, when lucky enough played a role in the care of Dublin Zoos larger feline friends. Barbara now works as an internal medicine clinician in University College Dublin.
