Natasha graduated from the University College Dublin in 1998. She worked for several years in general practice in the UK and Australia anMugshot NMd obtained the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Ophthalmology. She then undertook an alternative residency at the Eye Vet Clinic in Herefordshire, UK and obtained the RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Ophthalmology. She moved back to her native Ireland and set up her own referral ophthalmology service, Eye Vet, in Limerick, with a varied small animal and equine caseload.

She has written several journal articles and contributed chapters to the BSAVA Manual of Feline Practice, the BSAVA Manual of Small Animal Ophthalmology (3rd edition) and Knottenbelts & Pascoe’s Color Atlas of Diseases and Disorders of the Horse. However, her proudest achievement is co-authoring ‘Feline Ophthalmology – The Manual’ with James Oliver.

Natasha is a Veterinary Council of Ireland Recognised Specialist in Veterinary Ophthalmology. She is especially interested in feline and equine ophthalmology. She has two terrier dogs and three domestic shorthair cats which keep her busy.
